By accessing or using CanvasMyPet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

CanvasMyPet provides a service that allows users to upload photos of their pets and receive custom illustrated portraits printed on canvas. We use AI technology to transform your photos into various artistic styles.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Photo Rights

You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and transform those photos solely for the purpose of creating your portrait and fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your photos or the resulting artwork.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order:

• Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Orders are final once payment is confirmed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your portrait, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CanvasMyPet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanvasMyPet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CanvasMyPet and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
